Description of Incident
Erosion and sediment control deficiencies are evident in what appears to be utility relocation work connected with the I-66 Outside the Beltway project at the Nutley Street cloverleaf, southeast quadrant, adjacent to Zimpel Drive. In particular, the silt fence has several problems that prevent its proper function - it has been knocked down in places, has several holes, has numerous gaps between the fence and the ground, and the stakes are wobbly.
