Description of Incident
Photos available at https://i66outsidethebeltwayaccotink.shutterfly.com/pictures/999 a. Banks of stormwater control pond are raw, lacking soil stabilization, and beginning to gully. This is part of the I-66 Outside the Beltway project. b. This entire worksite seems devoid of soil stabilization beyond “tracking” of slopes. As everywhere else along this project, earthmoving seems to have gotten far ahead of soil stabilization efforts.
